RETURN POLICY:
If you need to return an
item during the guarantee period for refund, or the warranty period for
replacement. Please call the below phone number to receive an authorization
number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was
given, all but $6.00 of the purchase price (shipping charges incurred) will be
refunded. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or something
referencing your order number.
Please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for
lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
